By accessing or using the iWearer service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use iWearer for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in iWearer
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Hardware and Service

iWearer provides both hardware (iHanger, iHub) and software services. By purchasing our hardware or using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • Hardware is provided as-is with a standard warranty
  • AI-powered features require internet connectivity
  • Service availability may vary based on your location
  • We reserve the right to update software and firmware

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. All wardrobe data is stored locally on your device by default. When using AI features, only necessary data is transmitted securely. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

5. Intellectual Property

The iWearer name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of iWearer Limited or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iWearer Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use iWearer, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Modifications

We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
